River to the Rails Sidewalk Art Competition

GREENWOOD, MS – The 5th annual River to the Rails festival in Greenwood has a new event this year – a Sidewalk Art Competition for all ages!
Sidewalk fun starts Saturday, Sept. 19 at 9 a.m in front of the Leflore County Courthouse and ends at noon.
