REHABIT GREENWOOD

Together with the City of Greenwood, The Delta Design Workshop, Orion Planning and Development and Allen Engineering, Main Street Greenwood worked to identify properties throughout the downtown fabric that were potential brownfields. An EPA Grant was used to run Phase I and Phase II reports on selected properties. In addition to the reports, a development booklet called REHABIT Greenwood was developed by Orion Planning. This presentation features the details of the properties within downtown that were part of this study and showcased potential re-development uses.
